Koliko je lahko dolg kabel za web kamero brez dodatnega napajanja, ki bi jo priklopil na USB ?

Q: Does the USB2.0 transfer rate become slower for a longer cable?
Let say a USB2.0 device reach 480Mbps in 1 meter cable, can it reach 480Mbps too in a 5 meter cable?
